A few weeks ago, we went to the Lego Workshop. It was called, The Brick Pit.

When I was making a few creations, we had to make a group of 4, and there were 6 groups, we had to make 6 groups because 6 x 4 = 24. big brain. 

There was one station called the Cold Planet. Then the other station was called The stars. Then I will show you the other stations later. I made some cool lego projects.

We got prizes, I got a Blue lego brick eraser. the other prizes were some lego stickers,

and a lego platform. Here is some pictures of what I made.

Bike Skills!!

Yesterday, the 23rd of November, I and my class did Bike Skills, without training wheels. We played a few different type of games and a few different type of skills on the bikes that we got.

There were 2 groups, one was called the Not So Excited Biking and one that was called I Am Pretty Excited Biking group, One of the games that I liked was The Box Game, so how we play is there is a wall that in between you have to ride in circles and circles while the wall comes closer and last person to keep riding wins!! how you could get out of the game is 1. By putting your foot on the ground. 2, If you crash into someone, you and the person you crashed will be out. 3. If you are not holding each brake with 2 fingers you are out. And lastly, If you go past the wall, you will be out!! There was a checklist called A B C D. A= Air Pressure. B=Brakes, C-Control and Chain, D= Drop Test. 😃Skateboarding!!

Today, the 20th November, My class and I did some skateboarding. We used one of the Skateboards that we got from our 2 coaches, 1 of the coaches were Ben and the other coach was Laurence. If you are a professional, you might know about these skills in Skateboarding. First of all, we started with a warm up so that in other training we didn't mess up, then we tried to do a 180 degree flip with the skateboard on the grass, if you think its easy, just do it on concrete. I did pretty well because I didn  train skateboard but now I do. 

Another type of skill we did is learning Tick-Tacks, if you don't know what Tick-Tacks are, on the skateboard, you move it sideways, so the nose of the skateboard goes with your left first, then the right is the tail of the skateboard goes second. Then my favourite, Crab walk, if you don't know what is a crab walk, its just like you move the nose with your left foot, then the tail with your right foot. We played a game called What's up, Wolf? Then we got a little time of free play. We had a really big exercise. When I thought that I got so good in Skateboarding, I felt like that I wanted my own skateboard for Christmas so that I can  have fun with it and be better with the skateboard. Production Show and Rehearsals!!

Hey guys, 

Today I am going to tell you about our Production, the production was called Jasmine and Aladdin. Normally every 2 years there is a production forged by Waikowhai Primary School. There are 28 Dancers and 47 people who are in the cast, and I was chosen to be in the cast. In the cast I was a Magic Statue, When I am a Magic Statue, I feel like I am a Real statue!! You guys might be asking, How long did the practice took? Well it took 13 WEEKS to do all this practice!! I felt I am going to some z z z z... well now it's 13 weeks past. If you were in Waikowhai Intermedite to watch it, well you could've seen me in Scene 3 with the other 2 statues. If you were not here, I am going to show you some pictures right below.

Welcome to Term 4!!! The last term. What we are doing right now, on Wednesday 14th October, the Film festival people who made it to the Cinemas went there. I made it there and my friends made it there. There were 4 films and all 4 films made it. Just in case if you don't know what is a Film Festival, a Film Festival is your own movie with a group of 5, when we make our film we use iMovie or Screencastify and the limit is 3. 😜Te Reo Comic Strip😜

😜 My Own Te Reo Comic Strip😜

Talofa'lava Bloggers!! The past week on 14 - 20 September it was Maori Language Week. During the past week the whole senior syndicate did the Title/ Thumbnail Te Reo Comic Strip. 

What is it? It is a Comic strip to say to other people like when I say Hello to you I would say Tena Koe or Kia Ora and if you were saying it, you could say the same thing. 

Was there a reason of why we had to do this? Because it's Maori Language Week. I can share with you what I have done on my Comic Strip but it's not finished. Here is the picture of my Comic Strip. 

                        

Basketball Training

😜Basketball Practice that was Fun😜

Malo'e'Lele Bloggers! This week it's Tongan Language Week!! While the past week we did basketball training, just to let you know what is basketball. Basketball is a athletic sport that you shoot the basketball into the Basketball hoop. When we did the basketball training we used coloured balls and dribble, crossovers, in and out and behind the back. What was easy was Crossovers and Dribbling.
